Description
This award honours a business or organization for their leadership in creative integration or continuous improvement to their product or service that either:
- Improves their end-user, employee, or overall community experience
- Has coalitions or initiatives that have taken inventive approaches to support positive long-term change (monetary & nonmonetary) in their field or industry
Requirements
- Have been in operation for at least 5 years
- Has created, invented or developed an innovative product or process that has resulted in a significant and measurable increase in one or more of the following:
- Revenue or job creation
- Productivity or quality
- Reduction in costs
- Improvements in service
- Must not have won in this category for at least 10 years
- Must not have won in another category for at least 5 years
