This award is presented to a highly valued individual who has made a significant impact, contributing to the excellence of their company or organization through exceptional service and dedication. For not-for-profit organizations, volunteers may also be considered.
Requirements
- Has exceptional customer service skills (internal or external)
- Actively takes initiative and is dependable
- Positive team player
- Must not have won in this category for at least 10 years
- Must not have won in another category for at least 5 years
