This award recognizes an employee or volunteer whose performance, attitude and commitment have made a meaningful difference within their organization.

The nominee consistently demonstrates initiative, reliability and professionalism, goes beyond what is expected in their role, and contributes positively to the people around them. Their work may be customer-facing or behind the scenes, but their contribution has a clear impact on their team, customers, clients or organization. In not-for-profit organizations, volunteers may also be nominated.
