Leadership that is intentional, not accidental

What difference has her leadership made?

Judges may consider:

Tangible outcomes or meaningful change

Impact on employees, clients, organizational direction, or community

Sustainability or consistency of impact over time

Outcomes appropriate to the size and nature of the organization

Leadership Through Challenge or Growth – 20%

How has she led through change, challenge, or development?

Judges may consider:

Ability to navigate uncertainty or growth

Learning and adaptability

Resilience or problem-solving

Leadership maturity demonstrated through experience

Authenticity and Clarity – 20%

How genuine and clear is the submission?

Judges may consider:

Honest reflection rather than self-promotion

Clarity of examples and storytelling

Alignment between values, actions, and outcomes

A strong sense of purpose in leadership

Requirements

Must be a member in good standing of the Halton Hills Chamber of Commerce. Current Board Directors are not eligible.
