How do I create an account?

Click here to find the "create account" form. Fill in your name, contact information, and email and password, and you're set! When you sign up, you'll be logged in automatically and can start creating your entries right away.

Where do I go to submit my award application?

When you first log into your account, you'll see a "Start a new entry" form.

  • For Entry Title, please use your Name and Company
  • All supporting materials listed are REQUIRED
  • Include electronic copy of current corporate logo or your personal head shot for production (PDF's) 
  • Entries will be saved in your member account, and can be edited up until the entry deadline. If you require assistance with submissions, please contact our office ~ email admin

Click the "Start" button. In the form that loads, you will find all the information you need in order to submit an entry to your selected category. You don't have to complete your entry all in one sitting. Hit the "Save" button any time, and come back to it later.

Accuracy of submitted materials is the responsibility of the applicant. 

Information given on the entry form will be used exactly as submitted in the award ceremony through production, presentation, and recognition in the media. 

FROM THE JUDGES

The more information you share, the better we can assess each nomination.
• Bullet-point responses are appreciated and make submissions easier to review.
• Include clear examples, results, and stories that show leadership in action.
• Add testimonials, media links, photos, or website and social channels where helpful.
• Videos are welcome but should be short in length.
• Any confidential business information, including financial details, will be treated with care and kept private.

Letters of Reference:

  • Maximum number of allowable letters is 2
  • Letters of reference must be from at least 2 of the following categories: community organizations, business, customers, peers, employees. 
  • References should be PDF format, and can be emails, cards, website testimonials, customer comment cards, etc.
  • Reference letters must be dated no earlier than March 2023.

Can I make changes to my entry after I've submitted it?

Yes, you can continue to edit your entries until the submission deadline of Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 2:00pm. After the deadline, you will be able to view your entries, but the editing controls will be disabled.

Do I need any kind of special software to make my entries?

No. This awards system is entirely web-based. You can create your entries on your phone, iPad, laptop, or any computer. All you need is a browser.

How do you protect my information?

Your account is protected by industry-leading 4096-bit encryption, and the entire system is backed up every day.

Will those nominated be contacted?

Once nominated, nominees will be automatically be notified via email we have on file and invited to submit an application.

Judging Process / Final Notes

  • Halton Hills Chamber reserves the right to disqualify submissions without notice 
  • Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of the Halton Hills Chamber
  • All entrants agree to be bound by these rules

Independent Panel of Judges will bring their professional experience and unique perspectives in reviewing the nominations.. Judges will review the submissions, and rate the content against provided criteria through a secure, online system. 

Judging Criteria is listed with each category description. Judging is performed on line by professionals from across the region. All entries are scored based on judging criteria and submitted anonymously.
